Required for every cleaning: All pets — dogs, cats, and any other animals — must be put up securely for the entire time we are cleaning. This is not optional.
- Secure pets in a crate, a closed room we are not cleaning, the garage, or another safe spot away from our team
- Pets may not roam the home, yard areas we are working in, or rooms while we clean
- Please have pets put up before we arrive, and keep them secured until we leave
This keeps your pets safe around open doors, vacuums, and cleaning products — and lets our team clean thoroughly without interruption. If pets are not secured when we arrive, we may need to reschedule your cleaning.

That means a crate, a closed room we aren't cleaning, the garage, or another safe spot away from our team, secured before we arrive and kept there until we leave. Pets cannot roam the home while we clean. This protects your pets around open doors, vacuums, and cleaning products, and lets us clean thoroughly. If pets aren't secured when we arrive, we may need to reschedule. You can still add the pet-hair treatment if your pets shed heavily.
